Insurance
This Regulatory Insurance Policy is designed to provide to each Individual Insured an exclusive insurance limit against legal costs incurred during an investigation by a Regulator or an internal investigation and with Underwriters' consent, any subsequent appeal.
Cover is also provided against the legal costs incurred by the regulator if the insured is found to be in breach of the appropriate rules and regulations.
It is not the intention for this policy to insure the fines or penalties imposed upon the Individual by the Regulator.
